B.tech is obviously better than Bsc. Bsc is three year graduation degree course whereas B.tech is four year technical professional degree course. B.tech has good career aspect. You have direct possibility of getting job after B.tech. So, Think according to your convenience. Both have different aspect towards career.

No , mostly in Government Medical Colleges  there is no bond amount structure for leaving mbbs course in mid session like UP Medical colleges (eg.LLRM) ..etc

You should try to consult the bank authorities. if you have done the payment and the transaction has been completed then the bank must have a record of that. They can give you some paper attested by authorities verifying that payment. The banks will surely sort things out.

In 2019, the cutoff was 4500 rank for BPharm and 1200 rank for Pharm d. You can calculate your rank by rank predictors online and check for yourself if you will get a seat or not.
