Director of technical education tamilnadu will start TNEA admission process soon. Admission of the students are done by only merit score of 10 + 2 level.

Based on your marks in IPE and EAMCET you may get rank in between 45,000 to 55,000. It may even vary this year to year based on toughness of paper and number of people attempted the examination. This year it  may vary more due to COVID 19 impact.

Yes, you can change your engineering branch in MIT, Manipal even if you are taking admission in the year 2020. But remember there will be very much competition for changing branch specially to CSE.

You have secured a good percentile in JEE Main. With 98.08 percentile in JEE Main your Common Rank list (CRL) rank would be 20000 approximately. And the corresponding OBC category rank would be 3500( between 3000 to 4000 nearly) approximately.

In improvement exam results , only in the subject appeared , is mentioned. So you will have to carry both the mark sheets, old and new for further admissions. You won't get single marksheet with the passed subject. This is under rules and regulations regarding improvement exams.
