With 470 marks your expected rank will be 72811 - 84961, you haven't mentioned your domicile state but through AIQ it's difficult to secure a seat in government dental  college belonging to General Category, as per previous year data the cutoffs have been comparatively  high, it's almost above 550,

Actually you have not mentioned about which examination you are talking about. But in general if you belongs to any special cast like SC ST OBC primary tribe bhutiya or lepcha, you can apply for Sikkim higher education quota, during filling up the form.
