Hello there, GMERS is a semi government medical college. It does not have seats reserved for All India Quota. It has seats for the government, management and NRI Quota. So if you don't have a domicile of Gujarat then you can go through management quota. But there some colleges only where management quota and NRI Quota is allowed.

Full form of HKR is Hyderabad- Karnataka Region and full form of GM stands for General Merit. Colleges under COMEDK, KCET follows a reservation policy . KCET and COMEDK reservation of seats have - general merit (GM), and schedule caste( SC) /schedule tribe( ST) , OBC , candidates belonging to Hyderabad- Karnataka Region (HKR). Hyderabad Karnataka reservation is a state level reservation and is only available for the candidates who have a domicile of Karnataka.

Look, to be honest, I will say none of these 2 colleges is good. But, still, I will suggest, go for dcrust, murthul. It is comparatively better than the other one.

Some best colleges in IP university Delhi are;
these are the only college you can do bachelor's in English but it does have other bachelor's degree like media communications and economics.
But if you want to pursue English honour subject you need to take admission in Delhi university or any other.
