Congratulations on clearing NEET. I believe having a score of 625 and AIR of 10k, secondly having the EWS Advantage, you might have slight chances in making it to AIIMS Raipur. Besides AIIMS, there are many Top Government and State Medical Colleges, and you should also consider them besides targeting AIIMS Raipur.

To tell you about your exact admission possibilities in any particular college is tough since the cutoff vary every year based on various factors and the cutoff for this year is comparatively really high. However the previous year's Cutoff can give you a little idea about your chances of getting seats in colleges.
Now with your marks you won't be able to grab seats through the 15% AIQ. The chances for you to get government seats in MBBS through the 85% quota is less, however you have a decent chance of getting BDS seats in government medical colleges.
