It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 512 marks being from obc , you hold a good chance in following Medical Colleges under karnataka state quota
*Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, Bangalore *Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences, Mandya *Hassan Institute of Medical Sciences, Hassan

Hello aspirant
As you might have an idea that this year cut off gone rise 30-40 marks above then previous year as topper Mark is itself 19 marks above then previous year. As this year neet ranks has rise very much at this high score too. By counting all this factor there are almost no any chance that you will grab a government college seat in up in EWS category or through AIQ COUNSELING. Lowest cut off EWS category in up 85% state quota last year was for
• Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich- AIR 14731 (575 MARKS)
if you are looking for private colleges at low fees then you can try in states like Karnataka and Kerala there you have better chances of you getting a seat there.
You can check Last year cutoff marks of different colleges in up from the link below

Hello
Since you have not mentioned it in your question I am assming that you are from General Category. With your rank it is not possible to get a seat in MBBS through All India Counselling. You may not get any government or private mbbs college through state counselling either but you may get a seat in private dental colleges like College of Dental Sciences, Rau, Indore
Bhabha College of Dental Sciences, Bhopal
People's Dental Academy, Bhopal
Mansarovar Dental College Bhopal and a few more. To check the chances yourself you may use https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=neet_clgpd&ici=exit-intent
Hello Aspirant,
According to the marks you have mentioned in the question your expected percentile and rank will be in the range of 91.8-92 and 73527-85677 respectively. On the basis of this rank you cannot get any of the NITs even with this category as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you might be qualified for JEE-Advance because last year for EWS category cut-off was about 84 percentile and you have around 92. You can try for some private colleges or some state government colleges which take admission on the JEE-Main score.
You can also predict the colleges using JEE-Main College Predictor :-

Hi Sudeer,
I understand that you are an aspirant for ICET and as stated by you, your college principal is not available due to some reason due to which your are having a dilemma regarding your eligibility and so to answer your question, your eligibility for ICET would not be affected by the presence or absence of your college principal if you meet the other requirements of the eligibility criteria. In case the Principal is absent then the next person in-charge in the hierarchical order such as Vice-Principal can discharge the duties of the Principal.
BEST WISHES!
