In case you are from general category, there is no chance that you may get CSE at VSSUT at 80k rank. The cutoff for CSE is around 60k.
However, you can apply for electrical, it's cutoff is around 80k.
High chances for electrical.
No chances for CSE.

see as per the latest rules of ews category, only students who do not have any other reservation like obc/ st/st are eligible to ews category by satisfying the criteria as,

Candidate's annual family income must be less than Rs. 8 lakhs per annum.
