I got 88110 rank in Jee mains 2020 from general category, can I get CSE in VSSUT, can I apply state quota?

In case you are from general category, there is no chance that you may get CSE at VSSUT at 80k rank. The cutoff for CSE is around 60k.
However, you can apply for electrical, it's cutoff is around 80k.
High chances for electrical.
No chances for CSE.
