According to the marks mentioned by you in the question your percentile will be in the range of 92.65-92.67 and your rank will be in between of 65735-77885. On the basis of this rank it is little bit difficult to get any of the NITs with General category and as you have not mentioned your category so I am guiding you on the basis of General category. Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.

There are three GVP Engineering colleges in Vishakapatn https://www.careers360.com/ap-eamcet-college-predictor am you have not mentioned clearly.Considering the cut off in 2019 you have chances of getting seat in Chemical Engineering and Civil Engineering in GAYATHRI VIDYA PARISHAD COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, VISHAKAPATNAM. The cut off was 75039 and 30071 respectively for General category.
And in G V P COLLEGE FOR DEGREE AND PG COURSES Civil, Mechanical and ECE the cut off was 130085, 130085 and 29298 respectively.
And in GAYATHRI VIDYA PARISHAD COLL OF ENGG FOR WOMEN you may get seat in EEE and INF the cut off was 43396 and 38404 respectively.
But cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

Hello student. There is nothing called one shift is easy and the other is difficult. All the shifts are ranging from moderate to difficult.
The question paper is a mixture of easy, moderate and difficult questions. In all the shifts there is an equal division of these types of questions.
So,if u belong from general category u need to score 340 or above then that out of 400 marks and rank must be below 1000 and if u are from reserved category then u need to score 280-300 and rank must be below 2000.

On the basis of this rank and percentile and category you cannot get into top NITs like NIT Uttarakhand,NIT Jaipur,NIT Jamshedpur and so on with CSE branch as per previous year's cut-offs but you can try for some average NITs.
