Is 135 your all India Rank? Or your overall score? And moreover you also haven't mentioned your category- whether it is general or OBC. Basically, the colleges you get vary every year for the same marks, rank and percentile depending on a number of factors such as seat availability, reservation category, the number of students getting the same rank as you, etc.

It is quite difficult for you to get seats in this college of top branches according to previous year cutoff but don't be panic,there are various core branches which you can apply in this college where you might can take seats .as your rank must be 40 -50 k that cannot give top branch in it but if you have 15 percent reservation chance ,then we'll and good you can get your desirable seat

Sorry to say this but with a score of 129, it is difficult for a seat in any course that conducts admission based on NEET score. But if you have decided about studying Medicine, you have to reappear for NEET in 2021 and score real good or you can try management seat(buts still can't guarantee seat there). That will be the only option because with this score, you cannot even get Private Medical Colleges. So you may have to consider appearing for NEET 2021. It is tough to say which is best. Both college have very good placement records and both have giving same package.
But if you want school type feeling and you don't want to enjoy your college life they you can go with GL Bajaj. They have very unwanted rules they doesn't give you freedom. They don't have good college fest or freshers party..

But if you a guys want to enjoy your college life with study then Galgotias is best. Here you have all freedoms to enjoy and they have very very good college fest or freshers party and one more important thing they have so many extra curricular activities which is help to polish your self..

But both GL Bajaj and Galgotias were very strict rules when coming today attendance.. you have to maintain 75% attendance.

So over all I think Galgotias with Electronics and Instrumentation is best.

If you cannot cancel the application form of MHT-CET, it is advisable to answer the exam for your own benefits. Also, cancelling it is not a good idea after applying for it since the fees are not refundable. You should give a try so that it can benefit you for the admissions in good colleges in the state. Hope you are doing well. As per your query both of these colleges are very renowned and good amongst all the IITs. The placement status of ECE in IIT Dhanbad is good. The highest package offered was 43 LPA while the average and lowest was 14 LPA and 9 LPA. The faculties and staff there are well experienced and highly cooperative. Now coming to IIT Goa which started functioning in 2016. Till now there is no record of placements as the first batch will be graduating this year.
