If you wish to pursue a BTech degree through direct admission then it is not possible. For getting Engineering and Medical degree, you have to compulsorily answer an entrance exam. For Btech degree, you have to answer JEE Mains paper 1 for getting into top Engineering institutes like

I'm sorry to tell you but Bsc agriculture is a Science course requiring PCB as the major subjects in 12th standard.

You'd still be eligible for engineering and technology courses.
