As for now there is no such update from Central or State Government . Lockdown of Educational institutes continues for now , and if there is any such update you will be notified by your school itself. Hence the news you are talking about is fake for current time being , Kindly wait for any further notice .

Can you tell me who told you that schools in India are going to re-open from September 1st ?

Till now there is no any official announcement from ministry of Education or by any other central ministry of India so how could you believe that. See there are many rumors spreading around and wise person waits for any official announcement, they don't believe on rumors flying like paper aeroplanes in the air.
