With 432 marks in neet you have chance in some mbbs government medical college through state quota if you belong to OBC catagory according to previous years cutoff.
Name of some colleges in which you get admission:-
This information is based on previous years cutoff and the cutoff marks change every year. It's depends upon number of students that appeared in examination, number of seats available in colleges, difficulties of question paper, reservation catagory, previous years cutoff trends, etc.
You can use neet college predictor to know which college you may get with your marks. That is mentioned below:-

Hello,
The Marks which you have scored in your NEET i.e. 585 is fairly decent enough to get you into Government medical colleges, this is per last year's Cutoff data and it changes every year based on various factors and this year the cutoff has been very high.
However the following are the government medical colleges where you'll be eligible as per previous year's data :-
There are a few more colleges which you can check from the link below
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-karnataka
These predictions are based on last year's data so don't completely depend on it, but you can consider these colleges for admission.
To know more about which colleges you can get admission in based on your rank you can use the college predictor tool
This is the first time JIPMER will be giving admission on the basis of Neet Score. So we don't have any idea about the previous year's cutoffs, we don't have any reference. But there are total 249 seats (JIPMER Puducherry (187) and Karaikal campus (62) and 55 seats foe ur category in Piducherry and 19 in Karaikal) offered for MBBS in JIPMER. So it can be expected that an all India rank within 300 to 350 can fetch you a seat in JIPMER Puducherry. Now as you told, you have scored 676 in Neet 2020 out of 720 and your rank is 834. With this rank it would be difficult to get JIPMER Puducherry campus but you can try for Karaikal.
AIIMS Bhubaneswar might be difficult but you can expect AIIMS Patna, Bhopal, Raipur.
Or else, government medical colleges of Delhi such as VMMC are achievable with this rank. Also you can use our Neet college Predictor tool to know about your admission possibilities through Neet based on your score and rank http://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

You can't score Your Percentile on the basis of Marks because Percentile depend on a lot of other factors too which are equally important. Because Students are less this time and also Paper Variation also affects a lot. So One can't decide easily the percentile on the basis of marks.
Your Overall Percentile is: 76.19 - 76.39
Your Predicted Rank is: 217391 - 257541
Your Percentile will be quite low but Still you can get into good colleges on basis of your board marks or JEE MARKS.
I will suggest you to check All The Colleges, That are available for You on basis of your rankings and Reservation, Then You can also check that at Our JEE MAINS COLLEGE Predictor. That will be very helpful for You.

Good Luck!
At a neet score of 481 and rank 102518 general category you have less chances at government institutions through all india quota as cutoff is around 550+ and also as the cutoff have increased significantly this year.
you can still apply for state quota seats , private college and deemed institutions. you will be eligible only for open seats to all under private institutions to all states. however the fee is around 10-20 lakhs per annum.
You can use careers360 college predictor to know the colleges you can get at your NEET score:- https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
