As of now, there's no upper age limit for NEET, hence you can apply for NEET next year as there is no restriction as well in terms of attempts provided you fulfill the other criteria as follows:

Passed  or appearing 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects, those having Biology as an additional are also eligible to apply.

PCB aggregate inclusive of theory and practical against each category mentioned below should be met-

• UR - 50%,
• OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
• PWD - 45
