MBBS is a 5.5 year long course which is divided into 4.5 years of course study and one year of compulsory internship. The tuition fee is applicable only for the course period of 4.5 years. You don't have pay any fee during the compulsory internship of one year.

Yes You will surely get the mark on this basis.

But If the Question is of Significant Numbers and You have to equate Significant Numbers, then You will not be given any marks as it will create very large difference.

You can't score Your Percentile on the basis of Marks because Percentile depend on a lot of other factors too which are equally important. Because Students are less this time and also Paper Variation also affects a lot. So One can't decide easily the percentile on the basis of marks.
