If you are talking about any if the Examination then no sorry, for getting a seat government college you need atleast score of 650+ and yeah it even depends on the  college cutoffs/ state as well as category.

At a neet score of 374  you have no chances at state quota or all india quota the cutoff is around 530+ and also this year cutoff has increase significantly.

you can still apply for private or deemed institutions with a annual fee of around 10lakh to 20 lakh
