i have 374 score in neet which government college will give me

handukanika 18th Oct, 2020

Hello,

At a neet score of 374  you have no chances at state quota or all india quota the cutoff is around 530+ and also this year cutoff has increase significantly.

you can still apply for private or deemed institutions with a annual fee of around 10lakh to 20 lakh or drop a year and prepare and take the neet 2021.

You can use careers360 college predictor to know the colleges you can get at your NEET score:- https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

I am from Kerala. I would like to apply for private medical college in Karnataka. do I require eligibility certificate while applying

Trisha Bhattacharyya 20th Oct, 2020

Hello aspirant,

Your question isn't clear as it doesn't mention which certificate you are talking about. If you wish to avail your caste reservation, then you need to upload your caste certificate during counselling. If you wish to avail colleges with State quota seat (85%) then you need to upload your domicile certificate (the state from which you passed your 12th boards).

Since your question isn't clear this is all that I can do to guide you.
Hope this helps!

if my marks are 135 in 3rd september 1st shift then what would be my percentile ???

rehan18alam Student Expert 8th Sep, 2020

Dear Aspirant,

Percentile is a relative calculation based on your marks, and the marks of the rest of the students. The latter part also depends upon the difficulty of the exam, so we can not exactly predict the percentile, but will give you an idea about your percentile based on the previous year percentile-score relationships:-

You can expect your percentile between 94-97 percentile based on previous data.

Hope this helps. Thank you.

are Mumbai colleges no longer be affiliated to Mumbai University and become a self autonomous heis in the long run according to the new education policy

Anurag Khanna 11th Sep, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

Few days earlier UGC issued a statement which states that no university can grant affiliation to more than 300 colleges if they do so a penalty will be imposed on them and other strict actions would be taken. So not only in Mumbai but even in the whole country New Education Policy 2020 has been implemented so the Maharashtra college will face the same changes which are to be faced by other Institutes at their respective location. I am enlisting down some keyword of NEP 2020 for higher educational institutions :-

  • From now there will be only governing body for all the higher educational institutions by the Higher Education Commission of India
  • Fees of all colleges irrespective of their ownership, will be disclosed and make transparent.
  • Now in three to four year Undergraduate programs candidate will have multiple exit points means if he is not satisfied with the program he joined then he can leave that but he will get a certificate of that and certificate status like diploma, certificate, degree qualifications will depend on the period when you leave the course.
  • A proposal has been raised for "Fee fixation", let us see what happens to it.

I have mentioned some Important key points of NEP 2020, if you want all these in details then refer to the link given below :-

https://www.google.com/amp/s/news.careers360.com/nep-2020-what-does-it-say-about-schools-and-universities/amp

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!!

i have scored 655 in neet 2020 with All India Rank 3033 and obc category rank 996.am I get SMS medical College Jaipur ?

Sharon Rose Student Expert 18th Oct, 2020

Hello,

In 2019 a candidate belonging to OBC-NCL with 638 marks secured seat in SMS Medical College, Jaipur under 85% state quota. If you belong to OBC-NCL category then you have decent chances of getting seat in this college. If you belong to OBC-CL then you are considered as candidate under general category the cut off for general category was 641 considering this you have decent chances of getting seat and the cut off under 15% AIQ quota for general category was 655 marks for admission int SMS Medical College, Jaipur.

But cut off may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.You can also know the colleges in which you may get seat using our NEET college predictor

If drawing questions are not marked in jee paper 2 online sept 2020 but attempted in the sheet will they be evaluated

Siddhi Shenoy 8th Sep, 2020

Hello Divy Patil,

Since you have attempted the questions on the drawing sheets, to the best of my knowledge, there is no issue if you did not mark it on the paper online. they will be still evaluated as the sheets will be evaluated manually. If you are still worried, then you can contact the JEE MAINS officials through the website and they will provide you the necessary details at the earliest.

Good luck!
