Manisha, there is no upper age limit for NEET as of now. So as long as you fulfil the eligibility criteria, you can appear for NEET. The only disadvantage that might seem from dropping a year is that God Forbid if things don't work in your favour, you would have wasted couple of years. So it is always good to have a Plan B. What we would suggest is before taking another year drop for 2021, wait until NEET 2020 results have been declared and the Counselling process is completed. You can gauge your performance and then take a call accordingly. Also if you are certain of taking a drop for 2021, you can enroll yourself for a distance course in Bachelor's degree so that you have a plan B. NEET 2021 is still a year away. So lets see how you fare in NEET 2020 so as to take a call accordingly.

In 2019, under State Quota, 613 marks secured a seat in Lady Hardinge Medical College under General Category. That was the cut off. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. For a seat in Delhi, you should aim for nothing less than 630, given the fact that the cut offs have gone way higher. And regarding across India, you will need atleast 600. Hi Raju,
I understand that you want to know about the dates from which you would be able to apply for the CBSE improvement examination 2021 and so to answer your question, under usual circumstances the application form opens from the month of September every year for students to apply for the CBSE improvement examination. However this might get delayed to some extent due to the pandemic scenario. I would suggest you to regularly keep an eye at the CBSE's official website to check if the application form is released or not.
You would be able to fill the application form online and then have to take a print-out of the same after you have paid the requisite exam fees and then download your admit card online for the improvement examination.
BEST WISHES!

Hi
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 550 marks you may have a chance to get a seat in Government Medical College.
For example,
in neet 2019, 539 marks for general category got a seat in Government Medical College Gondia under Maharashtra state quota

Dear Aspirant,
As you have mentioned that you have around 300000 rank , as per my concerns as a engineering final year student you can get into some of the good government colleges and as well you can try for NITR even but the branch will be not up to your expectations with this rank but you can definitely get into some of the best colleges like VSSUT,CET,IGIT etc.
Just think wisely and for your favorite area of interest.
GOOD LUCK!!!
