Hi
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination
You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, the General Qualifying cut offs for 2020 have been as follows:
General Category/EWS: 720-147
OBC: 146-113
SC: 146-113
ST: 146-113
General Category/EWS-PWD: 146-129
With a score of 61, it is difficult for a seat in any course that conducts admission based on NEET score
Congratulations for your result. As per your marks you can get prestigious college in India. As you didn't mention your state I can't tell you the detail about the medical colleges. Moreover, this year cut off has increased than the other year. It's quite difficult to predict chances.

GMCs might be tad difficult with this rank. You might get Deemed Universities. This is because compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score, it is difficult to predict
