For edit your form follow these points:

1: Go to official site and login with your application number.

2:Then go to the dashboard and you can see the edit profile button.

3:Click on edit and change what ever you need to change.

4: Then click on update.

The marks that you have obtained are really less.  So there is no possibility for you to get admission into any of the government medical colleges or even in government dental colleges. The chances of you to get admission under management quota seats are also not great

At present it's impossible to predict the cutoff for JEE advanced as it depends on a lot of factors like difficulty, attendance etc. but in general the cutoff varies from 25%-30% of total marks depending on various factors.
