As both CSE and ECE are most demanding branches in Engineering and have higher scope. Where as CSE have higher demand than CSE because we know the technology having the vast amount of jobs and we have different branches from CSE. As I prefer to go through the CSE than

if we see the cutoff , the qualifying percentile cutoff is 50 percentile and qualifying marks will be 147-720 for  unreserved category for neet ug at sharda university .

hence you are qualifyng this cutoff percentile , i think you will get admission , however you can try
