In your statement and question you have mentioned that you have failed date of admission so you could not get admission in 1st year BSc.
According to UGC rule for admission there is no scope for special date for getting admission in 1st year BSc. If you have been registered yourself earlier and could not get admission for special reason related with health and unavoidable situation then your request for application may be considered by the authority of the college. The entire concentration depend upon the situation and decision of the the governing body of the college.

Based on your score in JEE Main you are getting Civil Engineering in NIT AP and also you are getting CSE through EAMCET. See there can be various factors effecting your decision. Anyway, you have mentioned of getting better placement and package then I would like to tell you to opt for CSE branch. CSE graduate procure a handsome package and wonderful placement while civil engineering has not as good Placement record as CSE.
