As per your question, as you mentioned your open category  . Also  as per thier rules 75 percent weightage is given to EAMCET and 25 percent weightage is given to IPE score. Total marks scored in both of these should tell your estimated

Based on your rank it is difficult to get into JNTU kakinada

You can try for some other good colleges.

But fill the application based on your preference irrespective of cut-offs as they tend to change every year based on various factors
