As you have completed your graduation,you can prepare for the various government exams like civil services exam ,banking exams,ssc cgl exam etc.along with your postgraduation degree and  after qualifying the selected exam you will obtain a quick government job.Otherwise after pursuing your Master's you can apply for the private sector jobs.

With your rank the chances are slim but you may get a seat incase any of the ones ahead of you join some other college or course. The chances are slim but not impossible. Usually thrice the rank of the number of seats are called for counselling and manage to get  a seat too.

To get admission in a Government college for BAMS/BHMS course, your score should be above 350 marks. But you haven't provided much information about the category therefore It's quite difficult to predict about admission.

As per the last year cutoffs ,I think you can get a seat through EAMCET  .If last year closing ranks is observed then you can get colleges like sri venkateshara institute of science and technology ,adikavi nannaya,Annamacharya ,Sree Rama etc .To get the better idea of cutoffs you should gp through the previous years trends .

As government quota means government seat in that college, similarly private quota means private seat in the college. Usually government quota seats have low ranks and high cutoff than private quota seats . also, the government quota seats charge less fee than private quota seats.
