Is there any chance of getting gmc nagpur /Igmc nagpur under maharashtra state domicile with EWS /SEBC category and marks 460+ .. ( HILLY REGION) ?

Anurag Khanna 26th Sep, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

See it is little bit difficult to predict exactly whether you will get GMC/IGGMC Nagpur or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates

how is seat alloted ? is it based on all india ranking or all india catogary ranking for obc in karnataka

ritikaprasad.work 4th Nov, 2020

Hey there!

It depends on which counselling you are referring to but generally both ranks come into play during allotment. Since there's a percentage reserved for OBC category , to get a seat in that percentage of seats your OBC ranking comes into play. That's generally how it works.

The ESIC Medical College cut off of 2019 for IP quota seats are as follows,

General Category- 529 marks

ritikaprasad.work 4th Nov, 2020

Hey there!

The both mentioned choices are really great when it comes to the faculty and quality of education. The placements are decent enough as well. I'd recommend NIT Uttarakhand because of the reviews it has as well as the fact that it's an NIT so it would be great
