To be honest , a rank of 32800 in the obc category is not very good performance.You might get NIT if you have home state quota an you are ready to compromise with your branch. It’s difficult to get CSE branch with this rank.

Have you checked your answer key yet? If you haven't, please do! Since you think your marks will be below 400, getting a seat in any government medical college will be tough. It depends on the cutoff every year. But you can surely secure a seat in Deemed/ private
for JEE advance, top 2.5 lakh students are only considered to be eligible for appearing the exam. You might be eligible for the exam but you might not be coming in top 2.5 lakh list.
