If your query is regarding EAMCET then there is no qualifying marks for SC/ST category. Candidates with non-zero positive scores are eligible to participate in EAMCET counselling. There is qualifying mark for general category candidates and it is 40 marks out of 160 marks. So yes, you are qualified

The minimum marks required for general category student is 55% in mastersdegree and For ST/SC/OBC/PWD/Transgenders minimum 50% marks to apply for the post of lecturers in a particular college. But the institutions may have different eligibility criteria depending on the course and type of college.
