If you are from the General Unreserved category then you do not have chance at the NITs, however, if you have some reservation then you might get some NITs.

You can however, get some state government colleges in case you are from the UR/General category.

Now, see, for general catagory,

With >155 marks, you can get a descent govt college.

With 130 to 155, you can get a good private college.

I believe unless you are dead interested in CSE, ECE at NIT Jalandhar is a better option. However if you are seriously interested in CSE, you can decide otherwise.
