CA branch is highly paid, and so future prospects are great. Avg salary here 3 lpa expected.

I am guessing your home state to be Karnataka as it's not mentioned here. If you really want to pursue cse, then getting nit/IIIT/gfits could be a bit difficult with your jee Mains rank. It could fetch you other branches for sure but cse in nit surathkal won't be
Hello. Defineutky you can try for it. But in would suggest try for private ones. Because the cuttoffs are increasing so guaranteeing is a bit problem. So keep yourself flexible in regards to opportunities.
