There is no unique answer to this because rank depends on various factors like total number of candidates appeared in EAMCET, category, local-non-local status, top score etc. And 25% weightage is given for marks scored in PCM in intermediate first and second year which is out of 600 marks

NSIT, the Main campus, has a fee waiver scheme. But, there is no fee waiver scheme as per marks. And you have confused the question about mentioning two categories as EWS and SC are two different categories. One person can either come under the SC category or EWS
