You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, in 2019 under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 526

EWS:480

OBC: 503

SC:358

ST: 404

So if you belong to General Category/OBC/EWS, you might have a chance for a Government Quota seat in Private Medical

As of my information,it is clearly mentioned in JoSaa business rules that a candidate only withdraw it's seat before the last round, for example if there are total 7 rounds than you can withdraw your seat only till 6th round after that you are not allowed to withdraw
