According to your marks , you do have good chances to get civil or manufacturing in Pilani , as per previous year cutoffs . In Goa , you would most probably get Chemical , and by further round you can get Mechanical as cutoffs varies from 5-10

Your AAT marks are not counted for admission in IIT. You qualify the AAT exam and you are given a seat in architecture department according to you JEE Advanced rank. I guess you get a seat if your rank is around 5000 or less.
