You can take admission in IITs by JEE Advanced examination.

NITs are premier autonomous public universitites.

You can take admission in NITs by JEE Main examinations.

You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, if you belong to General/OBC/EWS Categories, a seat in BHMS either in Government College or a Private College are tough. It is just a misconception that these courses have lesser cut offs. You will need atleast 450 and above for a seat in Ayush
