All the best!
Dear aspirant,
According to your rank i don't think you need to wait till csab round as you will allocated till round 6 if your home state nit,IIIT or gfti has less cut off range.
But lets say in worst case you are not alloted in josaa rounds ,you will surely get a seat in csab rounds.
Hey there!
Considering the rank you've provided in the question is your category rank you won't be able to get a seat for B.arch in NITs based on previous years information available. Although, you can look into other colleges where you can get admission based on your ranking in jee paper 2 using the careers360 paper 2 college Predictor for b.arch. The link has been provided below

Hi.
IIIT Bhagalpur is a new IIIT which established on 2017 so the first batch has not even passed yet and therefore there are no placement statistics as such.
From online peer reviews, I can observe that institute has a good infrastructure from an academic point of view, for CSE Labs there 60 computers with proper connectivity, however it has no campus of its own yet and it is yet in under construction, there are 3 boys and 1 girl hostel and they all have WiFi connectivity and proper water supply.
