NEET Result 2020, which was expected today, will now be declared on 16 October, after the decision made by the Supreme Court of India. The Supreme Court said that the students who were unable to sit for the exam held on 13 September because they were either tested positive for coronavirus or because they lived in containment zones will be allowed to appear for NEET on 14 October. Their results will also be declared on 16 October

According to your rank that is 316, you have slight chance of getting M.Tech in EEE in CEG campus but in MIT campus according to me you will get the seat for sure.
