The income certificate is valid for only one financial year (april to march).You had income certificate which is issued on jan 1 so it is valid upto march 31 of 2019.

Till date there is no upper age limit for doing B.pharma in most of colleges of India. You anytime did this program and minimum age is 20 years for general and 22 for reserved category.
