DOCUMENT REQUIRED FOR OBC :

You should provide your caste Certificate

Caste Certificates are not needed for general category

But since you're OBC , you should have OBC Caste Certificate

If you don't have it, get the certificate as soon as possible.

There are chances of getting seat at 3.5k but not the streams like CS and IT you can diffinately opt for the branches like textile , chemical etc.

And I'm talking while seeing the 2019 cut-off

You have not mentioned your category also for which examination is it. If it is your 12th marks . For you to get a good college you have to appear for several entrance examination . I assume that this is you JEE mains marks well then i can provide.
