They're showing the options and you've to choose in which college you want seat according to your rank. After choosing the options they will check either your rank is qualifying to get seat in those particular colleges that you have choosen, if yes then you'll get the seat otherwise not.

Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Delhi according to your profile and category as general.

So on such marks you have very low chances of getting any of the government medical college in Delhi even under state quota according to previous year's

There are some private colleges which have fee 2 to 3 lakh per year. So is donation required other than this fee??

Dear candidate hope you are doing well, yes I agree that some of the college are charging higher mostly private ones but they dont charge you any donation fees. Donation fees is for those who come from maganagement qouta seat mainly and they have to pay much higher
