You have ery nice ranks in both jee mains and advance,
For jee mains you will get almost all the college in the NIT OR IIIT, but you may get branches like ece it and electrical at
For jee advance your rank is quite low but you may get into some nit by the last rounds but you won't get any good branches as you will get in Nit,
So i will suggest to go for Nit warangak Or nit trichy with core branches.

The expected cutoff for NEET 2020 for general category is between 710-150 marks. You can check the cutoff here : https://www.google.com/amp/s/medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off/amp . You may not qualify for the exam and with this marks, it is nearly impossible to get admission in any of the medical colleges further. CBSE has already reduced the 30% syllabus for class 10 thand 12th. There is further information that CBSE may reduce more 20% syllabus if the situation of COVID-19 persists. Also, there can be a delay in the board examination and can be conducted in April-May 2021. However, nothing is official out yet. We have to wait for the official notice. IISERS are a National Institute which are widely recognised for providing Research and Training purposes in multiple disciplines and streams. The college also provides reservation is different categories such as for Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL), Schedule Caste (SC) and Schedule Tribes (ST).
There are several exams such as KVPY, SCB, JEE ADVANCED, IAT Exams for getting admission into IISERs. The criteria for admission is different in different examinations.
