Considering that you belong to general category, the minimal marks to qualify NEET 2019 was 134 and in NEET 2020 high cutoff is expected due to easy paper, and to get any medical or BDS college you must first qualify the exam as well as clear cutoff of the college you want to take admission, but as per the details shared by you there is very narrow chances that you even qualify the exams, so my suggestion is that, if you have time, prepare for NEET 2021. with your 1 year hard work you can get MBBS seat  easily and if you don't have time than there are many other options available.

It is not a girls college.

The admission to many courses is done on the basis of just the performance of the candidates in the previous qualifying exams or the performance of the candidates in the entrance exam conducted by the University in the year of 2020.

MVGR have excellent overall ratings. They have good and consistent placement records, average placement record is 70%. Highest placement offered is 24Lakhs per annum, lowest package offered is 1.8Lakhs per annum and average package offered is 7.5-8Lakhs per annum. Top recruiting companies are Capgemini, Amazon, Samsung, etc. They have excellent infrastructure and helpful, supportive teaching faculties.

GMR have overall good ratings but not better than MVGR. They too have good and consistent placement records, average placement record is around 80%. Highest package offered is around 10Lakhs per annum, lowest package offered is 2Lakhs per annum and average package offered is around 3.5-4lakhs per annum. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, HCL, etc. They have good infrastructure and helpful, friendly teaching faculties.

ANITS have good overall ratings but not better than MVGR as well as GMR. Placement records are decent but highly inconsistent, predicting of average placement record is difficult. highest package offered is 26Lakhs per annum, lowest package offered is 2Lakhs per annum and average package offered is around 3.6-5Lakhs per annum. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, Amazon, TCS, Infosys, etc. They have good infrastructure with peaceful surroundings and they provide us qualified enough teaching faculties.

SRKR have excellent overall ratings much similar to that of MVGR and GMR. They are considered as one of the best college. Placement record is decent and consistent, average placement record is 60%. Highest package offered is 20Lakhs per annum, lowest package offered is 3Lakhs per annum and average package offered is around 3.5-4Lakhs per annum. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc. They have good infrastructure and experienced, well qualified reaching faculties.

MVGR, GMR, SRKR have good overall ratings when compared to that of ANITS.

From my Perspective MVGR and SRKR are the best options if not this then it would be GMR. From overall perspective I would choose MVGR.

The mock seat allotment is not always very accurate and sure sort but yet it provides you the the likeable seat which you might get in the Counselling Rounds.

IT in Andhra University and CSE in vishnu institute of technology are equally good.

As per the placements both the Colleges are equally good . The Placements offer for it and cse is same.

But in general if you want to take up higher studies in cse then go for vishnu institute of technology as it would be  a better option to gain knowledge .

So think twice before joining as both would be equally good for pursuing btech  but every thing depends on your future goals.

The seat allocation is  affected every year by various factors like number of students participating,number of seats available,the rank  of the participating students also matter.You cannot say if cut-off will increase or decrease.However students are getting their preferred branches at early rounds.So your analysis maybe justified.
