Not all seats in Veterinary sciences are filled through NEET score. It is only 15% of the All India Quota seats that are filled through NEET. There are approximately 550 seats that take admission through NEET score for B.V.Sc. The rest 85% of the seats are filled through State level

Yes you do have chances to get admission but you have to remember that it is for preparatory courses. Preparatory courses are those courses that take place in IITs. These courses basically take the basics and prepare you and after that they take an examination which if you qualify
