Biotechnology deals with the study of Biotechnology the genetic, chemical and physical attributes of cells, tissues, and organisms in order to develop new technologies, processes, and products that will improve the quality of human life.
While Neurology deals with the anatomy , functioning and measures of Nerves systems mainly in human body.
Both the courses deals with cellular genetics but in biotechnology ,it includes technology that can be applied in plant tissues like transmission of genetics. Nowadays biotechnology is even applied in neuroscience to fix problems in human brain. Thus biotechnology seems more interesting and have more scope.
But it mainly depends on your interest. If you are more curious in human nervous system and its features you should go for it. Orelse if you have an interest in applying technology to make changes in biology then biotechnology suits you better.
Both courses have a wide range of scope and it's based on your interest, how Better you can do it and the opportunities you will be offered.

NEET is an all India entrance exam conducted by NTA for admission into MBBS., BDS., BAMS., BHMS etc., Courses.
If you are in your 11 class then that can be the best start to study NEET amd go through every important topic your teacher says and make a notes of it. And revise it regularly alongside of your 11 boards that makes you easy for the NEET preparation.
If you are in your 12th then start preparing short notes of every subject from 1st year and the current year. So it can be east for you to study at the last moment.
Always try the mock test.
Read and analyse previous year question papers.

You have ery nice ranks in both jee mains and advance,
For jee mains you will get almost all the college in the NIT OR IIIT, but you may get branches like ece it and electrical at
For jee advance your rank is quite low but you may get into some nit by the last rounds but you won't get any good branches as you will get in Nit,
So i will suggest to go for Nit warangak Or nit trichy with core branches.

The expected cutoff for NEET 2020 for general category is between 710-150 marks. You can check the cutoff here : https://www.google.com/amp/s/medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off/amp . You may not qualify for the exam and with this marks, it is nearly impossible to get admission in any of the medical colleges further.
