According to eligibility criteria for Josaa all the candidates those who qualified JEE Mains and Advance can apply for the further counselling procedure. If you have qualified then only you can apply for Josaa. As per the previous years cutoffs and your mentioned result I am not sure

The NTA has already released an answer key on 26 September 2020. The candidates had time till 29 September 2 PM to challenge the answer key. The final answer key is expected to be released on 12 October 2020 and the results shall be declared on the same
