If paper 3 you mean third attempt that second drop after 12th, then you won't get any IIT. And with your percentile you also can not get any nit as as well.

• IIT MANDI
• IIT ISM
• IIT JODHPUR
• IIT ORISSA

but the branches won't be the good branches, you will get the lower branches.
