Yes, it is compulsory to download the self declaration or undertaking and bring it with admit card at mh cet exam.

The unertaking form or self declaration is downloaded with admit card.It is nothing but just an undertaking declaring that candidate does have or not have the covid -19.

For admission in Central University is done on CUCET qualifying marks. You have got 35 in botany. Perhaps you are applying for undergraduate courses.

For undergraduate courses there is qualifying marks for botany subject  is from 33 to 30.

But for MSc botany courses qualifying marks for Central

Your all india rank will be approximate to 68000 and your ews rank would be nearly 6800 so based on this your chances are less into NIT's but yes you have chances because your rank should be below 5000 in ews category to get into NIT.You have chances
