As you have not filled the EWS category in the application form, it might be difficult to avail that EWS category in the counselling . You can talk with the concerned authorities about the same issue and can report your concern about the issue you have faced earlier.

You have not specified the institute in which you are currently studying. If you have lost your ID card there are certain norms. You can report the issue to the concerned authorities in your department of college/university. They will re-issue you an another identity card and you can check out your roll number from there.

Undergraduate course admission will start soon and some of engineering college admission has been started but every college admission procedure and date is different ,this date all this are decided by the college board members so you should mentioned the particular college or university name where you want to take admission .

According to web data and results SRK fee structure around  is 56,000 per year 2.24 Lakhs for four years of btech it may vary now but any where in the web results they cannot mention how much fee for disqualified students . I think approximately same fee or may be change in some amount .
