For the time being it's okay. But during the counselling you have to produce the OBC certificate in the format provided by JOSAA by not less than SDO or DM/DC level. It should be issued after april1, 2020.

So, get your certificate signed by higher authority.

Madras school of economics is the reputed college usually seats are occupied in the first day of counselling as you have gotten a good score you are eligible to apply but cut-offs depends on the difficulty level of the paper if there is more aspirants then cutoff would be high
