You have not mentioned your Category. So assuming in General Category,

Unfortunately you will not get an admission into the IT Branch. Because the cut-off of the last year is above 90 PR.

So,you can try VGEC,GEC or LJ.

You have very low chances for getting any of NITs or GFTIs or IIITs. Your rank is not in that range. Rank of 7000 is enough in your category and beyond that your chances will decrease.
