A college that doesn't get any aid or funds from the government are called unaided or self finance colleges. It is better to choose CSE over IT from Andhra University as CSE background students have a broad scope in the future compared to the IT background students.

Hi aspirant,

as you are in 11th grade which is not considered as board grade. So yes you can change the stream. However if you already passed 11th grade then you need to pass again with respect to new stream, because result of previous stream will be no longer valid.
