I hope you are doing well. As you know that in competitive exams the marks doesn't matter. It's percentile that makes a difference. So I will talk about that only.

25.83 percentile is extremely low score. As you have to score at least above 60 to make it through the good colleges.

you can do both courses together as far as you can able to manage timings for preparation for exams. Also kindly note that LLB through correspomdence generally not acceptable for bar council of India. So plam accordingly as per yoir feasibility and do your best.

Electronic and communication engineering (ECE) and Electronic and electrical engineering (EEE) are both the best choices in the field of engineering. Both have numerous opportunities but in different fields.

ECE deals with both Electronic and communication areas. It develops devices and systems that run in Electricity. EEE deals with both Electronics and electrics that deals with basic electronics and more about circuit system.

ECE branch deals in digital and analog communication, satellite communication, antenna, microprocessors etc. While EEE deals with electromagnetism,  electrical technology, instrumentation, control systems, power systems etc.

If you are really confused on which to choose, go for a college that offers both the courses and study either of them in first year as the syllabus is same in first year for both , then you will get an idea on which to choose and you can switch the course according to that.

EEE have more job opportunities in electrical boards, utility companies,  large electrical machine manufacturing companies and many more

ECE have so much opportunities in Central and State governments. They can also enter into broadcast industries and electrical industries.

Both the courses are similar but really different in ares they deal with. Thus choose for what your are interested in because that is the best one for you.

Vigan Institute if information technology  is situated n vishakhapatnam , Andhra Pradesh.  It is one of the engineering Institute  of vignan group if Guntur. It was established in 2002 . It is situated in Duvvada ..The college offers 17 courses across 3 streams.. For studying EEE it will be good choice as it is just like school , faculty is highly qualified .  Most lectureres are PHDs . Digital library is available.

Placements are fine but not superb. Highest package is 24 lakhs. A stage package is 3.6 lakhs.
