what it means they were expecting ? however since the last date had gone so you are not able to make any changes .so only thing you can do is to appear in the examination .during the counselling you can try making corrections .this all is up to your luck

If you do not hold the domicile of Karnataka, you can only participate in the State Counselling for the Management Quota of Private Medical Colleges and other Open seats. You will be considered only under General Category but you cannot claim any other Quota.  So you cannot apply for Religious

with 350 marks that too in UR category, getting seat in government colleges in west bengal is completely impossible for you. However you can try for private colleges (chances for which seem less in your state, you may try other states for college counselling )

Based on your rank it is difficult to get into  jntuk as there would be a tough competition in to jntuk.

You can try for other private colleges like gpre etc.

You didn't mention the course you wish to study so it's not compulsory that 'Best For percentage will apply to every course. For science courses (except mathematics), only science score percentage is taken into consideration so in that case English will not be included.
